The practical answers, up front
What is included in an event bar booking?
Bar unit, bartenders, glassware, ice, garnish, bar kit, set-up and clear-down as standard. Drink can be supplied by us on a sale-or-return basis or bought by you.
How many bar staff do I need?
One bartender up to 30 guests, two up to 60, and two plus a barback up to 100. Made-to-order cocktail menus need more staff than batched ones.
Do you cover all of London?
Yes. Travel within Greater London is included in the quote; events beyond the M25 are quoted with travel shown separately.
How far ahead should I book?
Four to six weeks suits most dates. December and summer weekends book out months in advance.
Can you invoice a company with VAT and a PO number?
Yes. Corporate quotes and invoices show VAT separately and carry your purchase order reference.
Can I hire staff only, without the bar?
Yes. Plenty of hosts have the space and the drink and book us for the crew, the kit and the cocktails.
